- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Doesn't follow hippa regulations one bit. Owner lets sister rampage and pick on employees she doesn't like and then just says to deal with it. Then will talk about you and pick on you behind your back. Very hostile environment to work in. The commission plan is a joke too! Owner is in it for himself. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I recently called in to inquire about a bill I received in the mail from this company. When I was told that I would need a student id from over 10 years ago I began to laugh trying to keep the situation light. The representative from the company lost her cool and began yelling at me for laughing. Apparently I had failed to hear her say she was going to give me the student id. I agree it was my mistake but when I tried to explain that I did not hear that part she would not listen. She told me that I could figure everything out on my own, that she was not going to help, and hung up. I then called back to speak to her supervisor. The supervisor (who claimed he was the owner) wouldn't even give me a chance to speak before he began yelling. I would advise anyone to stay away from this completely unprofessional company.By A Google User, November 26, 2016
